What's the listing price on the property at 360 St Paul Rd. ? I passed by there today and saw your sign. I used to run that area on my UPS route and always thought that was beautiful property.

Spud, any idea win that housing market will be a little more affordable? My wife, four-year-old, 9 month old and I are looking to get into a home but it has been a terrible time to buy unless you are willing to be upside down on your investment in a year.

Any words of wisdom from that experienced crystal ball of yours? Really appreciate any advice/information!

You won’t be upside down in a year, as absurd as the prices are, property values will only continue to increase year over year even if only marginally. It’s just how the market works.

My mother has a 104 acres that sits divided amongst anderson and Pickens County lines.
