I have a situation with Tnet

Last Monday I got notified by T-mail that I needed to renew my membership. I got a similar notification in July. I have been a donor for a decade or so and they had always debited my bank account through PayPal. I thought this renewal notice was because of the changes they had made this year.
So I renewed my membership in July with an upgrade from Premium to Ultimate and paid for a year with a credit card. After this notice last Monday, I investigated and I was also debited for Premium in August and September. And on top of that, my membership and ® was removed last Monday. So I paid for a year of Ultimate and am paying monthly for Premium and have neither.
The only reason I bring this issue here is that I T-mailed back last Monday and Thursday explaining the situation and have yet to get a response. I don't know if I did something wrong or ticked someone off. I can't think of anything other than that I've kinda trolled Judge Keller a few times (troll the troller) and maybe Keller is a Mod scok.
I'd just like to have my membership restored, preferably Ultimate and stop being charged for Premium. But if I can't for some reason, I'd like to know why and get a refund for 10 months of Ultimate and 2 months of Premium, about $77. I know the site is busy during football season, but I hope I can get a resolution.

old-fashioned, but I always renew by mailing a check.
And since I watch for check clearance on any account, I have a paper record of payments. Of course, my grands think I'm a relic, but I never have problems. I get notices about going paperless, but my attitude is simple: I pay by checks, send me a paper statement or I won't do business with you. Oddly enough, my oldest grandson, who had constant problems with automatic drafts, called recently and told me he had adopted my method. I asked if he knew how to write a check.....lol.

You responded to an old tmail of mine. I changed my user ID a while back from 74 to 2, so your tmail reply went to the new user 74. I ran a database query to fix it, so now your tmail is in my inbox and I'll be replying shortly.
