I think it's unlikely but has nothing to do with BV as there are a ton of freshmen and sophomores who are contributing.

There are more now, but until he has a full cycle of his own guys and results that reflect success, he will not be seriously considered as one of the top guys.

I'm not saying Wes will get it, but Garrett Riley got the Broyles Award after being at TCU for only one year. Obviously, all of those players were not recruited and signed by him.

There's a team and a win element to the Broyles Award (e.g. Riley Garrett 2022). Tigers losing to Duke, NCSU, MIA, etc. will not pull many votes.
