Na. We haven’t all done it. Reminds me of a plant manager I once worked with who would fly into a rage and yell and scream at his staff on the floor in front of employees when things weren’t going well and then invariably come back and apologize once he calmed down. I remember one time after he was yelling at a department manager , he apologized to me afterward because I was helping out nearby when it happened and saw how he acted. I told him he didn’t need to apologize to me because he wasn’t yelling at me, but also that I hoped he didn’t expect me to handle situations that way. He agreed it would probably be better if he didn’t handle things that way himself. BTW, this was a very long time ago. I was a production manager and about 27-28 years old and the plant manager was about 50. We can learn something from everyone. Even if what we learn is what not to do. We all get angry at times but I never understood someone routinely totally losing it to the point they knew that they should apologize afterwards.
