Update on tranny drama

Took it into Nissan cause of a solenoid code i received.
Nissan says I need to replace the transmission. 6-7k

Took it into a local transmission place recommended by a mechanic friend.
They just called and said they don't see anything wrong.
I just gave them codes to narrow the search, but I'm suspecting Nissan is pullin a fast one.
