The 12/12 ESPN NCAA Tournament projection has Clemson up to the 3-seed line and a close-to-home pod in Charlotte.

Saturday's 3 p.m. road opponent (ESPN+) Memphis is on the 6-seed line.

I am not sure a 3 seed is even high enough based on the latest metrics. I saw earlier this week we were #1 in RPI.

RPI evaluates off of winning percentage, strength of schedule, opponent’s winning percentage, and opponent’s opponent’s winning percentage.

So it basically just evaluates current season success, not things like roster talent and recruiting, or who your coach is.
