I know a lot of people think Sanders would be, but IMO Scott is perfect for it. He is incredibly weak and spineless, and has no real self-respect or thoughts of his own. He switched from campaigning against Trump to being his biggest cheerleader in no time. He seems like a pretty easy going nice guy, and will just float along doing whatever Trump tells him with a smile. Trump needs someone with blind loyalty and who is easily manipulated, and Scott checks both of those boxes.
