they have been pouring through our O-Line for 3 hours, his jersey is brown & green, and he's been running for his life. Not saying he's been great, but this game is hardly his fault imo

I agree. This game is a good learning experience that’s for sure. I think many of us expect him to come in and be like DW4 and TL and he’s not them. Cade will be just fine but those two were generational talents we may never see again.

It must have worked for him in high school.
Now, we see why Dabo didn’t want to start him and fans no longer have DJ to blame. He has potential for sure, but putting a true freshman QB early in his college career is always risky. Now, he has all the burdens on his back, it’s not as easy as it was when he’s a backup QB.
