Powell got a misdemeanor so she gets to keep her civil rights and practice as an attorney, unless the state bars keep her suspended like Giuliani.
Chesebro got a felony but gets to avoid prison unless he violates probation. With the felony, he loses his attorney license, right to ever touch or own a gun, and maybe his voting rights depending on where he lives. He can eventually petition bars to reinstate him after his five year probation, but it’s a longshot for somebody who admitted to a plot to overturn democracy.

Nollo contendere is where you don't contest the charges (because you can't win the case), but don't admit guilt. It's essentially a forfeiture. Trump did something similar in his latest rape trial by not putting up any sort of defense, but it's not called nollo contendere in civil court.
These people pleaded guilty because they are guilty and there is a mountain of evidence against them. The ones who removed and tampered with voting machines aren't likely to avoid prison. Chesebro was part of the the fake elector fraud and agreed to testify that Trump directed that crime against the United States - in Georgia and any other venue where he is subpoenaed. Time is running short for your Daddy.
