In 14 years at the ACC tournament, Brad has the following records:
- 7 - 13 Overall
- 7x we went "1 & done"
- Not once did he win 2 games (or more) in a singly acc tournament.

The draw was set u perfect for Clemson.
UVA is playing really poorly the last half of the season.
It should have been a cake walk to the semis.

our record as a program is 23-70 (.247). that means we win 1 lousy game every 4 years. he wins one every 2 years. its not just bb. its a lack of commitment to winning by the entire program

So, is stepping over a bar laying on the ground REALLY accomplishing anything? Coaches are hired to raise the bar. Tommy Bowden raised the bar from Tommy West, Dabo raised the bar from Bowden, and even raised it from Danny Ford by winning 2 'ships.
To be honest, Brad has actually lowered the bar from Purnell and Barnes, even with the two first wins in Chapel Hill because that is the only thing that can be pointed to in his record that can be considered an achievement above anyone else. But even that loses ALL of its luster when you lose 1st round conference and NIT games to teams you shouldn't even have to struggle to beat...

True, friend. This is more than a BB problem. The AD needs a set of balls. Don't tolerate coaches that don't show improvement in the program in 3-5 years.

Brad has taken Clemson basketball as far as he will take them. There is a saying that "Insanity is repeating the same thing in order to get different results". Clemson AD's have witnessed this man's operations for 14 years without letting him go, hoping that some day he will bring this hoops program to a higher level. It hasn't happened. I don't know if any D-1 program has allowed a coach to hold their basketball or football hostage for that long, reaping the same results. This is more of a bad testament to the people in charge than to the coach. AD Neff and the guy before him are more to blame for this more than Brownell.

In addition to those stats, he's never defeated a better seed and has 6 losses to worse seeds, including last night.
