Brad Brownell-ACC coach of the year

Brownell gets hosed again. Denied an ACC coach of the year award again. In his first season, he coached Slab Five II to a fourth place finish and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament and Roy Williams won the award. There is "no respect" for the Tigers.

Seems like the guy at UVA would in it is what I thought.

Who won it? If the UVA guy did, I don't think CBB got hosed.

The UVA guy did, he was deserving as well of course. I just hate to see the team that wins it every year have that coach as the coach of the year. While we didn't win the regular season, it was the greatest disparity in pre-season pick and final standings in the conference's history.

I think if UVA won the league, but finished with 3-4 losses instead of 1 in conference play it would have been Brownell's.

and Grntham didn't go down, I wonder if CBB would have gotten it? I guess we will never know. He did a great job either way. That said, I predicted our season before the season. It went as expected for me. Either way, CBB was deserving too. I wouldn't say hosed though.
