For the 10th time this year.
I’m disappointed in the coaching this year but extremely disappointed in PJ and his lack of leadership or court awareness.
We are in the tourney and thats terrific.
We should be in the tourney and talking about 2 or 3 seeds with the talent we have.
Unfortunately both the talent and the coaching is lacking. Could we make some noise?? Of course we could..but I’d bet JKs posting privileges here now that we don’t see the sweet 16 and that’s me being generous.

Another thing to notice. When PJ puts up a 3, he immediately starts toward the other end of the court before the ball gets to the rim. Never a thought of rebounding by following the shot. Coach Sampson at Houston has a plaque on the locker room wall which says something like: "Our offense begins when we miss a shot." If you watch #1 Houston play you see what that means. We have one guy banging the offensive glass in The Chef, while all the others are just playing horse.

Court the moment the ball leaves his hands. I do not understand it, and it’s why his misses are so painful, because there is zero chance of an offensive rebound.
Again, coaching.

Do you think Brownell called for the Jack Clark 3 with 52 seconds remaining? Is he a terrible play caller or do his players disregard him - or both?

Do you think there might have been a reason for that? Maybe? Just maybe? And that maybe he should have resisted the temptation? Down 5 we’d gotten the defensive stop and he took the shot only 7 seconds into the shot clock. Score on that possession and we can still play defense. That missed shot forced us to foul the rest of the way. It effectively ended the game. You don’t put that in the hand of a sub .300 shooter with plenty of time on the clock regardless if they made a 3 earlier. This is the last game of the season. Situational basketball should be completely beaten into these guys by now.

I was there tonight. Please bring PJ inside and can we not have some coach determine how to run some plays to get Girard open for some shots other than having him just dribble outside and create something by himself.

I was there tonight same mess as I have seen the last three times at the Joel. Can PJ stop the dumb stuff from 20 feet out and can we screen/pick a good outside look…$21.8for a pair of mich ultra and a few times n line my ### is a little sore.

Give the kid a break. Without him we would be near the bottom of the conference, if not at the bottom. Every team in the ACC would love to have PJ on their team. Do you say the same thing about CK in football? When you’re the team leader you have to stay positive. Flush the last game and look forward to the next game. What do you want him to say? “We suck we don’t have a chance in our next game”. That is the weakest post I have seen about a great player.

Actually yes, many of these people say the same about every one of our quarterbacks who came from any state except Ga.
