One 3 loss season (only 1 more than bama last year ) and we are considered “2nd tier”

Honestly , it’s time to stop caring about the talking heads of sports.

when someone has an opinion you don’t like.

We finished outside the top 10 last year. Our offense was horrible. Why should we be unanimously considered to be a lock to be in the playoffs this year?

Friendly reminder: we were a “lock” to be in the playoffs last year and didn’t win our division.

Got to have a QB that can think and play. Without that, you saw what we accomplished last season on offense.

All this talk means absolutely nothing. If you are a true Clemson fan,follower or hopefully supporter, then you should know that coach Swinney and his staff are hard at work preparing this team for a run at the championship . There are many, many team that know going in that they have NO chance at a championship. Our Tigers ARE NOT among that group. It will not be easy. If it were it wouldn’t be so important to all of us. I take great comfort knowing that MY team will be talked about all season by the “experts” on our favorite sports shows. Think about how many would like to be in the Tigers shoes going in to the 2022 season. There is a team just south of Clemson who would love to be in our position. Dabo and staff WILL DO IT.

The only thing more impressive how much people care about what the talking heads say is how much you care about how much they care. Seriously, everyone gets it, regurgitating the same point everyday makes for bad reading. Perhaps the degree folks talk football on here contrasts too greatly your interest

So I guess we will miss the basketball playoffs again. Maybe even the acc tournament. That’s if our past turns into the future.
