With our kicking issues it may have not of mattered in the end. Shipley's last run in regulation an Fsu player comes in long after the play is over and hits him and should have been 15 yds tacked on and it would have given us a chance. The problem is with our luck this year they would have blocked it and returned to the house for the win.

I'm more bothered by the clock running before the chains were set

At end of 4th...we run the play. Clock stops, everyone's hustling to the ball. Clock starts back before the chains are set & our boys can either spike it or get off a Hail Mary.

I literally cussed out the TV b/c we should've had time for 1 more play.

The problem is that the team got that 1st down, hurried to the ball, then walked away and suddenly scrambled back as if surprised the clock started.

It’s as if they didn’t know the rule OR that they didn’t want to run another play. Odd to see it play out in real time

Once again the referees manage to ###### the jaws of victory right under our eyes. If I had a Clemson 2 dollar bill for every time we blame the officials for losing a game I could afford season tickets again.
