Straight out 50 miles of Charleston. Could vary based on what you're trying to catch. 😎

54 miles has better bottom. Try slow pitch jigging with 350 to 400 gram jigs.

Under the bridge at the intersection of 133 and Pike Road

between Clemson and Daniel. I think it used to be called Jewel Bridge or something like that. Bros and I stood on the bank and fished it a lot in the 70s and 80s when we were growing up just down the road in Central.

We reeled in a lot of crappie, bream, and perch and an occasional small bass from the bank. We fished the surrounding area when we eventually got a 12' jon boat. Those are great memories.

Sounds like good times! Some of my best memories were on the water, plan on making a whole lot more of them.

your fave fishing spots cause you think we're gonna jump in the truck and head that way. SMH. Figured for you it would be on the coast and there's plenty of room down there, not like in a lake. But oh well.

Ha! I fish every where! I have 2-3000 waypoints from Florida Keys to Alaska and probably 20 states in between. I fish freshwater, saltwater and brackish. I fish ponds, lakes, creeks, streams, rivers, oceans, swamps, and even fished in the sewer. Anyone want that spot? Combine all that with fishing every species in the state, I couldn't give a best spot, too many factors.

haven't been in years, but below the ### in Ware Shoals used to be a good spot to catch some good sized catfish. even bigger if you're brave enough to stick your hands under the rocks lol
