For me it was a really excellent fish dish.
Arctic char. Had it for one meal when visiting Iceland. Probably my favorite fish meal I’ve ever had. Had not had it before and have not had it since.

I was in the Navy and we stopped in Turkey. Went to a restaurant and the server didn't speak English and I don't speak Turkish. Somehow I got it across to bring me his favorite dish. I don't know what it was, but wow it was delicious and one of my all time favorites.

At some barbecue joint in NC there was a “Qu-in-a-Pup”, large hush puppy that solidified outer 1/2” or so, they scooped out the rest of the batter & filled with BBQ. Best thing I’ve ever eaten. I cannot remember the town, but I’ve been trying to find the place for years.
