I had the same issue. I did see that they said they had to do it for individual games. However, I have 4 baseball and two softball and only see one very small credit so far on my account. I just assumed it was taking longer but maybe something is messed up.

Im still processing my refund. Im hoping I can get a full refund. Its just sad that they had to cancel so many baseball events. I was already excited to watch some.
