samuel should have checked the witness list before lying to musky... LOL

now musky has to either backtrack on his "irresponsible journalism" (which was insulting to the uSuCk graduate reporter) because he was only reporting what was in the police report...

if the witness named the wrong person, that's not on the reporter, that's on the eye witness...
