here it was beef cooked in cast iron skillet in 450 degree Weber grill. Pretty decent sear. Plus spinach w/ parm, roasted sweet potatoes, garlic bread, red wine, fancy Godiva dark chocolate truffles.

It's my daughter's favorite, and my wife likes it, so V-day win/win.
pounded out the breasts nice and flat, egg wash/bread crumb dredge twice, pan fry in avocado oil about 90 seconds on each side, top with shredded parmesan, then homemade marinara, then mozarella, oven for about 25 minutes, serve over angel hair.
Best batch I've ever made, if I do say so myself.

everything was really good.
I made a crack about my steak being overcooked (and parts of it were medium instead of med. rare) as a joke, and she flipped out and locked herself in the bedroom.
So that was fun.

week with some fried rice and crab cakes. The food turned out good, but my son gave his entire plate to the dogs before we sat down and then had a temper tantrum about it. Then refused to eat anything other than Reese's peanut butter cups so he went to bed hungry. I think he finally passed out around 10:30 or so.
Can't wait for #2, I can only imagine how that will destroy any semblance of romance that is left in our relationship.

I had chicken nuggets and French fries.
I learned many years ago that whatever a guy does on Valentines Day, it’s never “enough”. The smarter play is to sit back and let the other guys screw up and swoop in behind them.
Sure fire lines are “what did _____ get you for Valentines?” Regardless of answer, reply with “that’s it?” Then ask them if they want to do something slightly better the next weekend.
Guaranteed that you’ll never be single in early March.

I believe Marijuana should be legalized, heavily taxed and regulated. Driving under the influence of Marijuana should be treated similarly as alcohol DUI's.
I believe that the legalization of Marijuana will actually help stop or at least slow the use of other Narcotics that are much more dangerous.

I know you think it sounds like an Italian Golden Corral but its actually about the best Italian restaurant I've been too that isn't in Little Italy NY.
We went about a month ago for the 1st time and I had the filet with lobster tail. The filet was on point incredible.
I got reservations about two weeks ago for VD night. We show up and find a line at the hostess podium and her explaining to everyone that they are behind on seating parties, they haven't taken any walk ins and they have no tables available. We have to wait but she doesn't know how long the wait is going to be.
(insert Jerry Seinfeld bit about reservations)
2 hrs after our reservation we're finally paying the bill with stuffed bellies. I went with the filet and added some pasta on the side.
We're definitely going back, just not for VD
