complete replay of the drive. I realized they only showed the last contact. Ewen that was controversial, as the Duke player moved his shooting arm into Beadle's upraised arms.They left out the 2 Offensive fouls and walk by the Duke player on his drive. He used hand and arm bar on two Tigers or on the same Tiger on the drive. All were very obvious, and any ref who did not call them ought to be fired. If Duke had integity, they would forfeit the game. They are living up to their Blue DEVILs name!

I just watched it at .25x speed, Proctor pushed off on Beadle 2x and traveled.

yeah, 2x. He could not keep his feet set, so the foul was called. But chalk it up as a good play by Proctor. I imagine this is something Duke practices. Sadly, Beadle could have just let him by and the results would have been the different, and out-of-control player taking a desperation shot, With Hall standing under the rim ready to swat it away. Or Beadle could have flopped. Regardless, we had our shot to win this game, it came down to who had the ball last, and Duke pulled it of the fire. Got to give credit to them, they stayed composed and we fell apart at the end, that is why we lost. You never want to be in a position to put the game in the ref's hands, and I am sure that is why Brownell called a Timeout, reminding the team not to foul.. I thought they defended the play exceptionally well, but again, the ref saw otherwise. They are human and make mistakes, but it almost seemed as if he was going to blow that whistle no matter what.

Of course the Tech foul on Clark was bunk! And B. attempt at timeout was ignored

Also, Brownell was trying hard to call time out before that last turnover. He saw the team was struggling trying to handle the ball. He was right in front of the dirty ref, who acted like he did not see Coach. 30 secs after the turnover, he gave a time our to Duke Coach.

You people are dee-loo-shun-ul! Duke doesn't push off. They don't drop a shoulder and plow over the defender. And, they don't take any more steps than they need.
The only thing that made that loss one degree less painful than it could have been was that RATFACE Coach K wasn't on the bench whining about every call...or non-call.
