with Stanford TE Yurosek. I guess you can take this unrestricted free agency and get anyone you want if nothing matters to a coach but winning at all cost and alum foot the bill. I know it's legally in the rules, but I think you will see more and more head coaches leaving for the NFL to get away from having their rosters raided every year by teams like UGA. The Dawgs couldn't compete with Alabama or Clemson before Smarta$$ found a way to strip teams of their better players with NIL and the Portal. And if anyone thinks Georgia doesn't recruit these other schools they are nuts.

It's terrible but what does it have to do with grabbing a transfer from Stanford? People frequently vent here because Dabo doesn't pick up players from the portal.

My beef is the constant weeding out to make room for someone better that comes along. He does it with recruits and players. Over 50 of his commitments have “decommitted” once someone better came along. And the friendly SEC and Ga media is silent. He only cares about winning. It’s working but he’s an ### to anyone in his way. Winning the right way says a lot about someone’s character

Not many do, hence the high graduation rate. If I was the president of an elite university and my football team couldn’t get 75 percent of the kids through school I would be embarrassed. Place for higher learning has become a shizz show. Hey but we beat Florida. In 10 years that Florida win won’t mean a #### of a lot to a guy that did not cut in the NFL and did not receive a degree.

Kirby can't win $hit without a way to cheat, legal or not, that's what he does. Like I said, UGA sucked "Hind ###", until the LIV and Portal came along, so Kirby could cheat openly, and win at all costs. Like other posters on here said, 50% graduation rate, criminals, and thugs. Always runs off players HE recruits he can't use, a no class creep. I would rather watch college football, not some semi-pro teams, with players who would make the perfect cast for the next "Longest Yard" movie.

It’s never closed in Georgia. Half of the SEC run things by a different set of rules. Recruited 30 plus for years when the NCAA said 25. Wonder when the Final Cut will be made and they throw a lot of these guys back into the portal to flounder around until they get on with a D2 or FCS team.

The deadline for players to ~enter~ the portal has closed. Yurosek had entered the portal before the deadline. He will be a graduate transfer.
