that is not a graduate transfer and does have talent and that said QB is Chandler Morris, would that be a check mark for a transfer or just a bash for nepotism?

He was the starter at TCU before he got hurt prior to their CFP season.

We are not paying Hartman NIL money so why would you expect that. Hartman himself came out and said he would make money playing QB at ND This Han he would have made turning pro.
