Are any other Tiger Fans into Astronomy?

I just got a new telescope for my birthday and have taken some great pictures with it.

Here is Jupiter last night, we are going to be closer in a few months, so I will snap some more.

Here is a Gaseous Nebula 4.5 Billion years ago. Eventually, this formed into stars and a distant Galaxy

I took this of Saturn a few days ago.

This is Uranus

this one also took about 4.5 billion years for the light to get here, you can see all of the forming galaxies packed together before space expanded, the red ones are further away.

Correct. I looked at stars for years. The only way you could get pictures like that is from Hubble

Looks cool. Did the new telescope tell you the Gaseous Nebula was 4.5 billion years old too? If it did then that telescope is very intelligent.

or the "increase in the wavelength, and a corresponding decrease in the frequency and photon energy" to determine the amount of time it takes for light to reach a telescope.

What if God created the planets close and then stretched out the heavens as the Bible states? Also the speed of light can be slowed down. Could light have traveled faster in the past? I don't believe for certain that you can use parallax trigonometry to measure the distance accurately to these very distant planets.

Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.

Thought it would be wearing a diaper by now. They still raise any peaches in Cherokee county? There was very large grower on the north side od I85 years ago. Would frequently stop at the market near Hamricks.

I always thought that transparent bowling ball with the rose inside was one of the coolest things about that movie. Other than "Hello, W.hore." So matter of fact, perfect deadpan delivery of a funny line.

I feel like I have gotten Munsoned quite a few times lately.

:(

ps,
Nice Scope, grate revolution on those pics!
