Anytime you hear a recruit say

"I didn't feel welcome at Clemson."..... what that means is... "At Clemson they told me I would need to wait to see if a scholarship opened up for me."

Think Jaymiest Williams..he did not feel welcome either... because he didn't have an invitation to the cookout.

Maybe Copeland was asked to wait..or showed the recruiting board at WR. But I doubt he wasn't Welcomed at Clemson.

For a good year before the 3rd week of June 2016 he could have committed at any time. He played the recruiting game, AJ Terrell walk on campus(4-5 inches taller) and Clemson had a new date for the prom.

I don't, we gave him a fair shake and he chose to play the recruiting game. He played with fire and got burnt.

AJ Terrell is a stud for sure. His highlight reels are fun to watch. Can't wait for him to get on campus!

Knowing the recruiting skills of this staff, it's hard to believe that we did not make him feel welcome yesterday. I'm assuming that there are others WRs on the board that we like better and like our chances on them.

commitment at this time. Not sure if it's because of other WR's on their board or if they might be going heavy on all the Defensive talent coming for a visit. He seems to have gotten a little hurt by it and going off on Twitter in a way that will get him removed from any list the Clemson coaches have.
