Duke would have to be close to the top. Durham had a horrible crime rate and very tough neighborhoods.

I hear they're having a clearing on Clemson merchandise in Underground Atlanta.
You guys should check it out-great environment, drug free, family oriented.
To answer the OP's question. Ga Tech. Gets pretty interesting in Midtown Atlanta in some places.
