Anyone notice there were no Clemson jabs from Spurrier

He seemed to focus his attention this year on Tenn and Ark. I guess when we beat him, he doesn't have any slick comments or one liners for us or Dabo.

He gains strength from the bottle . Or the visor . Either way , he couldn't get either one by security .

Dabo would never do that to Spurrier if they weren't scoring along with us. Dabo is just to respectful to disrespect the old ball sack that has been one of the best offensive coaches in his time. And at one time during his long career, he could call a game as good, and most of his career better than anybody in the college game. A lot of games he has won wasn't bc he had the best team, he won bc he out coached them in game. I have always seriously disliked spurrier bc he would continue running up the score against the Out of conference give me practice games until there wasn't any time left on the clock with his first team players still coming in and making plays. That use to #### me off so bad, that it would cause hair to grow out of the bottom of my heels!!!

Didn't they also lead Mizzou and UK by double digits ? God. They sucked last season . Don't see any major changes coming .

He did not seem overly inspired, enthusiastic, or confident

He seemed determined to make a 7-6 record seem okay and to give the impression that they finished strong because they won their bowl game.
"We'll just have to see how that plays out." was his answer to most questions.

How it plays out ? Brother , I can already see that this is going to be a special year in the anals of most Gamecoot fans . They should all get ready for a wild ride . 4 , maybe 5 wins if they can pull the upset in the opener . Those tools , they really think they have a shot don't they? Spurrier knows better though . He isnt completely senile yet , he is still sharp enough to understand that he has a bare cupboard . Decootment U !

I loved it when he clearly admitted to the media and his team that Clemson was the better team and coached better. And the kicker was when he said, they can beat most anybody out there bc Clemson has a good team, and their defense kinda stymied us all day.

Some observation.....
1) Spurrier sounds like a defeated coach right now. He kept repeating the line "We'll see how it plays out," meaning he has no idea what is going to happen.
2) Skai Moore, in order to shock the world, you have to be doing something bold in all three facets of the game. So far I heard that Pharoah will be getting more touches (as per him from SEC Media Day), no new news on the QB situation, you will have to play freshmen O-linemen that just got there this summer, a new defensive scheme with less changes (meaning most teams will be ready to play against your 4-3 scheme), a wide out that wishes he played DB (Cooper by his own admission), and a new defensive front that sounds more like freshmen.
3) Bringing rising juniors to Media Day? Does this mean South Carolina has zero senior leadership or is it that Fry, Moore, and Cooper will split after this year?
Listen, I understand you feel your team is going to shock some people. How and with what? Only time will tell. In the mean time, I would be game planning on how to slow the ball way down versus UNC.

Spurrier only talks big when he's got the upper hand

and can kick his "target" when they're already down. If he wants to talk trash he should at least do it consistently, win or lose. It's classless either way, but to wait until he's got a W against the target just makes him even more of a sh!thead.

Skai Moore or something that was talking smack. She thinks "We Too Deep" is a "Clemson tradition." However, I was quite impressed that she could string one and two syllable words together to form sentences.
