Anyone having trouble with ticket transfer?

I’ve tried sending to phone number and email but nothing gets sent.

I received tickets via mobile phone link earlier today (~4pm). Logged into my account and they were there so no problems.

The Clemson tigers app locked me out today....ticket office said that that happens sometimes......really?

I did when I first tried....had the recipient download the ticket app on their end and it worked. Maybe coincidence, maybe that's the way it has to happen.

Yes, I finally got it to work. From what I can tell the recipient has to log into their account before clicking on the link to accept the transfer… otherwise you get an error… smh
