products? Looking at Trex, Timber Tech, etc. It's on a house deck, so seems like a good long-term possibility. Thanks for any input!

If they are in direct sunlight they will fade & weaken some over time.

Color may fade a little but it will be the last time you have to replace your deck.

Trex is good but expensive. I used either Timber Tech or MoistureShield composite decking 2 yrs ago on my GF's deck. Saved about 30%. I didnt use a T&G nor did I use the locking hardware. I just used the solid boards that had small corrugations on the bottom. I used a roofing nails as spacers just to give 1/8" space for expansion/contraction since it is vinyl. Just remove roofing nails after screwed off. Make sure you use the recommended countersinking screws and pre-drill as you can break the board especially if too close to edge.

Otherwise, 2yrs later it still looks great. Don't use the new pvc vinyl caps to cover your existing wood boards. They warp in the heat and crack in the cold if you move furniture or grill around. Waste of money for a temp look.
