Haha. It sounds like a bunch of herbal witchcraft but I start it tomorrow. I am just trying to find someone who might have tried it

intermittent fasting. I was first turned on to this diet by the Hodge twins on youtube. Their channel is twinmuscleworkout and fastingtwins. They are hilarious...if you don't mind crude humor.

As a trainer I would not recommend it.

Where do you get the hgh anyway?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

hgh and testosterone cream? Do you want prostate cancer?

Jan 14, 2013, 11:21 PM

Why take HGH?!?!? See the list of possible side-effects. Why would you want to take a chance?

nerve, muscle, or joint pain
swelling due to fluid in the body's tissues (edema)
carpal tunnel syndrome
numbness and tingling of the skin
high cholesterol levels

HGH can also increase the risk of diabetes and contribute to the growth of cancerous tumors.

A very overweight coworker tried it.., it didn't work.
Don't go with gimmicks, go with real food. Eat like our prehistoric ancestors - cut out the processed foods, grains, legumes and dairy. Better known as the paleo or ancestral diet. It works. Google: "Paleo" and that will get you started. I recommend Mark Sisson's book, 'The Paleo Blueprint' as a start. It will change your life.

Quit being lazy, and just diet/exercise.

Jan 15, 2013, 12:15 AM

Don't want to be fat? Lift weights, and eat protein. Carb-up on workout days. Avoid carbs on rest days. Avoid sugar/sodium/sodas altogether.

It's natural. It's effective. It's not for lazy lardos.

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

try the Atkins or South Beach diets. They're fast, gimicky

Jan 15, 2013, 8:02 AM

and not healthy long term, but you can drop 20 lbs in 30-40 days, then add a balanced diet back in.
