Not sure about good--but near the Orange Bowl is a Hooters

Bokamper's in Plantation (15 min from stadium) or believe it or not, Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami (7 min from stadium). The latter being the best option if (a) you want to be closer to the stadium & (b) you're a warm-blooded man that likes naked women and 200" projection screens in high-def.
