Anybody else find Mickey's sidekick unbearable?

I'm sure he a nice guy, but I find most of interjections lack any substance whatsoever. The other day, he began making a point (don't remember the topic), then completely contradicted himself. To make it worse, Mickey just lets him go off on pointless rants for segments at a time.

A lot better than lee Harper, thurn etc. I have actually caught part of his show on the weekend and would probably have thurns slot if his father in law didn't own the station( from what I heard)

Unbearable was a little harsh. Thurn is unbearable, I just find myself shaking my head when qualk interjects. Maybe I just catch him on bad days (listen via station app when I travel the rural parts of my territory).

I agree, I turn down the volume or switch stations when he starts. He is clueless.

i find it impossible to listen to him. he calls people idiots if they dont agree with him. i realize they probably take different sides on issues to get callers and advertisers. mickey lets him rant then defends him,and laughs at his being stupid at the same time. nothing that station does makes any logical scence. to be the flagship station of clemson university, as they bill themselves is a joke for all concerned. i think the university could do better than that little one room joke.
