the one guy from the Black Panthers isn't going to change the outcome of the election there, and there isn't a whole lot of evidence he's doing anything illegal. Sure, people would be much more upset if the KKK showed up at a polling place, but however racist and black supremacist the Panthers are, they don't have the same history of violence and oppression that the KKK does.
The guy should be told to leave, but it isn't a huge deal.

and that the Black Panthers are not the KKK. Do I think the guy should be there? No. Do I think, if people said they felt intimidated and wanted AG to do something, that the DOJ should've done something about it? Yes. But it isn't worth making a big deal over.
