It worked for Tommy Bowden, but I don’t think Dabo is as hot a commodity as he was 4 or 5 years ago.

Dabo has a clause in his contract that guarantees he will be one of the top 3 highest paid coaches in college football. No need to posture for a raise. Unless he gets it changed to be one of the top 2 now.

Clemson and Alabama both need to cotton to the new reality that the money needs to be spent on players not coaches.
