Does it have to be a unanimous vote or a majority vote to add new schools to the ACC?
I'm curious because it could have implications on GOR revenue and exit fee to remaining schools if there is an exit by a current member. Humor me with this example: The ACC votes to add Cal, Washington State, Oregon State and Stanford. Then FSU and Clemson decide to go to SEC and maybe UNC and Miami decide on the B1G. Assume all schools leaving challenge the GOR but are unsuccessful. Would the new schools get to share in the GOR revenue streams forfeited by FSU, Clemson, UNC and Miami? It could help to appease some of the remaining institutions where they would be excited to vote for the addition of schools. They could then collect the revenue bump from GOR/exit fees and ride it out until it ultimately unravels and they get an invite down the road.
