ACC members voted 7-4 to fine unc $100k............

for their numerous violations. However, because it wasn't a 2/3 majority the fine did not happen. Does anyone know which 4 schools voted against the fine? I called the acc office and they would not share. IMO the 4 would be Miami, WF, BC & dook.

FOIA has to do with disclosure of government information, specifically executive information that has been declassified.

You can never really tell about situations as this. For all we know, Clemson may have voted no just to say we are bigger than they were in 1982!!!!
