ACC bowl partner

conference champ plays Notre Dame. Guarantees Irish a major bowl bid every year and some bowl site will want the Irish. Not saying this should keep us from leaving, but it's really the ACC's only option. Big East with it's ties to ND in all sports but football and the strong Irish fanbase in the northeast also could try this. BCS tourey spot for the Irish would negate this in a given year
