Iran in a heart beat! It's a matter of life or death!
I doubt Iran has a viable nuke at this point. Maybe a Dirty Bomb to kill Israelis? As soon as Iran does have a bomb they will use it immediately. A presumptive nuke of Iran by Israel would be needed, esp. given their ability to spy on Iran's nuclear program.

We saw how inaccurate their weaponry is with their most recent attack. Mounting a nuke to a missile or a drone is one thing. Getting it there is something else entirely. Even Jordan got involved in shooting down the Iranian weapons. None of Israel's neighbors want a nuke going off anywhere near them, so they would not hesitate to destroy any weapon they thought might be a nuke. And the US has that capacity to as well.
They can try - but it ain't gonna make it to the promised land.
