Clemson Regional Thoughts

I am disappointed as the next person is about losing to Vandy in embarrassing fashion; however, Clemson was not the only regional host to lose this weekend. FSU, ECU, Stanford, Coastal Carolina, N.C. State, and potentially others after today lost. The tournament season is a completely new season for these teams, so you can throw the records out the window. Vandy isn't known as a powerful team at bat either, but they must've been on the juice yesterday. The difference I saw the most this weekend, watching baseball and softball, was pitching. You have to have outstanding pitching to lockdown a team. Vandy did to us for two years in a row. Washington did to Oklahoma in softball too. Some clutch hitting would serve well also, especially when the bases are loaded with one out. I don't think getting rid of Monte Lee is helpful either. That is all. Go Tigers!!!
