Will be wildly successful for about 2 years, maybe 3-4. They will sell it, the location will tank, and they'll be off to the next project.
Them folks do a good job early on but for whatever reason don't seem to care about keeping their spots long-term.

Place was legit. I used to love the “sick days” I had when I’d have to go to work with Dad and we would go to Lewis Plaza for lunch. I miss that place.
