Daniel HS 10-0; hope they aren't like the Atlanta Braves

Good in the regular season, suck in the playoffs. I'm an
'80 grad; we were bad then, now good seasons and playoff
runs are routine. Hope Oglesby and company can go all the way.

My son is a senior at Hillcrest. They just beat Easley
and at 6-0, 9-1 may have won their first region title ever
and had about their best season ever. Fuller's Easley
team had a rough year.

I hope you are right, but I have some bad news and that is that's exactly what Daniel has been like, at least since I've graduated. I think my senior year was an undefeated regular season, I know the next year after that (DeAndre Hopkin's senior year) was an undefeated year, but it always seems we fall short and can never make it past upper state. But hey, that's at least better than the Braves, because that would be the equivalent of making it to the NLCG/ALCG.

The past few seasons it's always seemed like we have been ranked #1 throughout the season and then lose in the playoffs. Here's to hoping it's different this year!

early 90s? I think I remember seeing you all beat Cheraw in 91 I think.

Well unfortunately for Daniel that will probably again be the case for them again. Hanahan is more than likely the favorite to win state this year. They have more weapons than Daniel has and I believe that will make the difference.
