Since ACC PM was not on yesterday I checked out Findumb and his cronies to hear their take on the CFP teams and of course they ALL were making jokes about Clemson being in the top 4. One of his female helpers had Clemson at number 7. They were all talking about Bama and how they got hosed as did Michigan and TCU. I tried to call in and explain why they were talking out their bumb holes, as usual, about the ACC in general and Clemson in particular. Like the ACC is the only power 5 with 5 teams in the top 25.
They were saying the ACC was so weak and in the same sentence talking about how #10 LSU could make the playoffs, not mentioning that Florida State beat LSU in in "Deaf" Valley. Of course BAMA will still probably win the SEC West and how much better they are than Clemson, (a Joke according to them), but didn't mention the fact that Clemson and BAMA have the exact same records over last year and so far this year. They don't mention that BAMA struggled with a Texas A&M team that lost to South Carolina and App State.
Finedumb has hated on Dabo and Clemson since the Tigers made such a total fool out of him in 2018, with his on and on BS about Alabama being the BEST COLLEGE team EVER and how Clemson had zero with their chance Freshman QB. I despise that S O B !!

LSU lost to FSU on a neutral field, albeit (I think) in the Super Dome…a virtual home game
And Clemson beat the same Florida State team on their own home field

Finebaum's job is to make the SEC look good, and he does a great job in doing that. In fact Dabo has stated that he wished that the ACC network had someone like Finebaum.
The only way to respond to all this chatter on Finebaum's show is on the field; and in the past, our responses have been excellent most of the time. Or, just ignore the chatter - it will never stop.

beyond me. Every single one of you know what his agenda is. All of you must know that he knows nothing about college football. Literally nothing.
Never played college football...as far as I can find the man never played football at any level.
Never managed within a football program.
Never coached football at any level.
Never has had breaking news, an inside track, or sources within a program.
He's not funny, has no charisma, couldn't dissect a play or analyze an offense or defense to save his life...has literally no more acumen or understanding about the game than 90% of TigerNet regulars, and yet somehow we are constantly bombarded on here with updates on how a dilettante who is paid to hype up the SEC has once again shockingly voiced his disapproval of Clemson football.

mention this. It has to have some influence on their recruiting and possibly where they plan to attend. I honestly believe, if we keep winning and making the CFP, the recruits will learn to make up their own mind. Right now, all they hear is how weak the ACC is and the strength of the SEC. Has to have some influence.

for about 1.5 hrs each day. His radio show is a SEC show and he panders to his followers better than anyone. Alot of the time he just trolls people in a smug way and they are too dumb to realize it. Of course, he has a few regular who Im sure he pays to stage' fights' and say other really crazy things.
His guests are usually pretty good and he gives some smaller sports guys a chance but its largely just a lame call in show with zero analysis. Finebaum really doesnt know much, much less than your average vested fan but he draws attention and emotion, so ESPN puts him anywhere they can.
As for ACCPM....how you can watch that for more than 2 minutes is beyond me. What a crappy production. Just let Packer have his own solo show for goodness sakes.
