(6’4” 260 pounds). Walker is coming off of a very good 2011 season where he recorded 12 sacks. He also plays on both sides of the ball and causes opposing teams match-up problems from his tight-end position on offense. When asked if he had an early list of favorite teams Walker claimed, "Clemson, Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee are my favorites.” “Right now, Clemson has a slight edge over the other schools, because they have been recruiting me the longest, but I like Alabama a lot. I will go up there this spring and visit.” He camped at Dabo Swinney football camp for 3 days in 2011. Clemson offered Walker while he was at the camp on June 13th, 2011. He also went to a camp at South Carolina. He took an unofficial visit to Clemson for Elite Junior Day in Jan. 2012.
