, one of the nation’s top football recruits, said he will take an official visit to Alabama to watch the Crimson Tide’s highly-anticipated game against Louisiana State on Saturday. This will be his second official visit. Goldman, a 6-foot-4, 315-pound lineman, took an official visit to Florida State on Sept. 17 to watch the Seminoles game against Oklahoma. Goldman, who has offers from virtually every major Division I school in the country, pared down his list of finalists in August to seven schools: Alabama, Auburn, California, Clemson, Florida State, Maryland and Miami. Goldman is expected to take all five of his allowed official visits. As a junior, he recorded 70 tackles, including 22 for loss, and 10 sacks. Grew up a Miami fan. GPA of 3.0 and Vertical of 26 inches. Prefers the 3-Technique. He will play in the US Army All American Game. He has made unofficial visits to Miami, Georgia, Clemson, NC State, UNC, Maryland, Auburn, Alabama, Florida and FSU. Has camped at Penn State and Miami. Class of 2012 ESPNU 150 Watch List Recruit.
