4-star 2017 running back
Cordarrian Richardson released his top schools on Sunday night on his Twitter account and Clemson along with Tennessee, LSU, Auburn, Oklahoma, Alabama, Michigan State and Florida State.
Richardson tweeted, "I'm blessed to be able to announce my top 8. I just want to thank God, My family, My Coaches, my teammates and all the schools that have offered me an opportunity to further my education at their school. I'm still open to all schools that haven't offered." TigerNet.com spoke with Richardson on Monday afternoon, and he talked very glowingly about Clemson's offense. "I like everything about Clemson. They way their offense is set up, you don't know if they are going to run or pass the ball, and I like how they use their backs to get involved." He was named state title Class 2A Offensive MVP this past season as he ran for 342 yards on 41 carries to win the 2A state title 40-35 over Marion County. It was Trezevant high school's first ever state title. My Top 8 ????@trezevantfb @bartonsimmons @RivalsWoody @rivalsmike @JLeeAU21 pic.twitter.com/NfQvvsnYEH
