4-star 2018 offensive tackle Tank Jenkins from Montgomery, Alabama (Park Crossing) announced his top eight schools and Clemson made the cut according to his Twitter account.
"Thank you God for giving me life and the many blessings you have placed upon me!" Jenkins posted. "Thanks to my mother for all of her support. She's the real MVP! Thanks to all the coaches who have offered me a chance to get an education and play football at their schools. But the time has come for me to narrow down my options for school. Here are the schools I will continue to evaluate and communicate with until I decide to commit to one of them!" His top eight schools in no order were Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisville, Miami, Auburn, Florida, Clemson, and South Carolina. The highly regarded offensive lineman is a consensus 4-star recruit by all the major recruiting services. Jenkins has national offers from Auburn, Alabama, Arkansas, Cincinnati, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia State, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, and UAB. Kentucky was his first offer back in March 2015. He transferred his sophomore year to Park Crossing from Robert E. Lee and played right tackle but has no preference in playing tackle or guard in college. Blessed ???????? pic.twitter.com/NZPcPhPriP
