Briscoe visited Ohio State at the beginning of November for the Ohio State-Illinois game. He has received several offers in the last few weeks including Oklahoma, Indiana, Florida and Ohio State. He has major interest in Ohio State and Penn State. He had 9 rushes for 120 yards and three touchdowns in a 33-0 win over Huntingtown this past Friday. He has rushed for over a thousand yards this season. He was named to the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference first team RB and DB on Wednesday. As a junior, he had 162 carries for 1023 yards, and 14 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, he had 38 tackles and had two interceptions. He has offers from Clemson, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Old Dominion, Penn State, Rutgers, Toledo, West Virginia and others. Clemson offered on 4/28/14 and he committed to the Tigers on 5/17/14. Mike Reed is his recruiter of record for Clemson. He has ran a 4.43 laser-timed 40 yard dash, 10.80 100 meter dash and has a 34 inch vertical jump.
