Phoenix travel advice needed

My daughter and I are flying into Sky Harbor at 11 am, going to the game and flying out at 12:40 am after the game. We are trying to figure out the best way to get from the airport and back. I have tried to do some research and it doesn't look like public transportation is a option so we are trying to decide between uber and a rental car. If anyone has any experience traveling from the airport to the stadium, any advice would be appreciated.

It's actually at 6pm local time. Phoenix is on MST not PST. I'll also be on a 1240am flight and rented a car. Worried Ubers will be bonkers expensive after the game.

by the time you need to leave. Either way I would call ahead and have a ride at the set time you need to leave as it is cutting it very close

Thanks,do you already have a parking pass or plan to find one once you get there? The cheapest I found for a rental for was around $85 and would still have to pay to park. I was also worried about the extra time returning the car vs just getting dropped off at the door.

We sat in traffic for about 45 minutes after Bama loss in 15’...
I recommend a rental car ....Park far and walk to avoid traffic... you will beat Uber rates ..
I would leave game by 10... 9:30 to be safe ... Go Tigers !!

Save a ton of money and hop on an airport shuttle to any hotel in the area, then get an Uber from there to wherever you’re heading. Just get away from the airport before you hail an Uber.

If it we me, I would rent a car. I lived in Phoenix for 5 years, and it was the easiest city to drive and learn than any place I've ever live, and I have lived in a few states and Hawaii. Phoenix was mapped out like a box, North and South, East and West. It's almost impossible to get lost if you have the right address. All streets cross avenues with the exception of Grand Avenue that runs diagonally cutting across streets and avenues. Driving around in Phoenix is as easy as putting your vehicle in drive and going....

The rental car “counter” is away from the terminal in a separate building you must take a shuttle to get to. Since your on a tight schedule i would schedule an Uber or taxi. Good luck. Have fun and go tigers!
