and out. She is amazing and love her dearly. Well, she is talking to a guy and I like him okay. He makes her laugh which means a lot to me. Well, I was heading out and they were sitting there talking. He asked if I would like for him to set me up with a young lady. I stopped turned around and jokingly said, "that's okay. I don't like your taste in women". We all laughed and he told me to kiss his @#$.

This will sound guishy but knowing what kind of person you are and have raised a fine young boy, that comes from somewhere. Your mum did a fine job raising a young man... and you've done a wonderful job taking care of her. Proud of you mfo. Glad she's happy.

Mine too 76er. Hard for me to wrap my mind around the fact that next year it'll be 20 years... and it still feels like yesterday. She was young until she passed so I guess I really expected her to live forever.

I get it 76 and Clemgal. My Dad died in 1989 and Mom in 1995. I had just turned 26 when Daddy passed and was 32 when Mom died. So at this point I’ve been on this Earth without my Dad longer than I had him with me and that is rapidly approaching with Mom. I used to work with a guy who was always complaining about having to go see his Mom and Dad in the retirement home. Boy how I wished I could have driven 15 minutes to go talk to mine. It’s been so long it’s hard to remember a time when they were here. Neither of my kids (ages 34 and 29) ever got to meet my Dad and Mom died when they were 5 and less than 1. Really wish they could have known each other.

She's lost a husband, three of her four children, and a granddaughter and has a positive outlook on life. Fortunately she passed that on to her remaining child.
Love you, brother. Hoping to meet your Mom someday.
