I've been watching Tiger football for 35 years and he's the best I can ever remember.I believe he has given up only a handful of sacks in his 3 years?

Modern day (last 20yrs), I'd say he's 1 or 2

Hyatt was better younger, but by the end of his career Brandon Thomas was IMO the best modern day lineman we've had.

Joe Bostic was the best I've seen. I go back to the early 70's. There were surely some great ones way back.

Mitch is a great tackle, if I had to cast a vote for the best lineman I would vote for Lou "Big Momma" Cordileone. Played both ways and was a force to be reckoned with.

about who he was. Played in late 50s and early 60s. He was from NY or New Jersey as I recall.

Agreed. I’d love to know the home addresses of the bozos that have listed him as second team tackle. He will have to put 10-15 pounds on to excel at the next level but he has every tool on the checklist otherwise. Love me some Mitch Hyatt!

Isaiah Battle... Best display of a right uppercut and side-step to ever put on a Clemson uniform.

Respectfully, as great as Harry was, you just cannot compare offensive linemen from 1966 to 2017.
Harry was 5’10”, maybe 240lb. He’d have a hard time playing any position on the field in today’s game. We have just advanced far too much in training, genetics, nutrition, strength and all facets... just wouldn’t be fair to put Harry and Mitch side-by-side. Every era has had its greats, and a select few could transcend decades (the Fridge in his prime, Bo Jackson, etc.), but I’m not buying this one. Lol

I would have to agree with many of the other posters, the Bostic Brothers
Joe - 10 years in the NFL
Jeff - 3 time super bowl champ, also added to the Washington Redskins Ring of Fame.
Not that Hyatt isn't a great player and hopefully he will have a long successful nfl career, just not sure about best ever.

I would have to say the Bostic boys were better. Back in

those days, we were going to run it, we knew we were going to run it, the opposing team knew we were going to run it, and those boys cleared the way anyway. Hard to compare different eras anyway, but I would give the nod to them.
