Clemson extended an offer to a local product on Thursday.
2019 Belton-Honea Path (S.C.) tight end Avery Reece (6-3 250) picked up his fourth Division I offer with the Tigers' interest this week. Reece told TigerNet that Clemson is targeting him as a center or guard role at the college level after he worked out at Clemson camp this week. Reece held offers from Georgia State, Coastal Carolina and Alabama State previously. Reece made the All I-4A football team and Anderson Independent Mail All-Area as a junior. He told TigerNet that it's still early in the recruiting process for him, having picked up all four offers in the last month. The last BHP player to sign with Clemson was senior linebacker Kendall Joseph in 2014. Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University!! #ALLIN ?? pic.twitter.com/UUL5B9HKyx
